Robert McAfee Information from Giles Carter.
The 1861 census has them in a 2 story stone house, and John the eldest was born in Ont. about 1850 so Robert could have come any time up to 1849. They are inw. Gwillimbury, S. Simcoe.

Living on Lot 19, Cons, 10 of the township, 300 acres.

From Adele McAfee: Robert lived near Lloydtown where his brother John had settle. Later moved to the foot of the 11th of West Gwillimbury. He lived and died here.

According to the Rev. T.H. Mullin of Coleraine, Robert McAfee was born in 1812 or 1813 and was the son of John McAfee and Martha McKay. He had seven children and at least 46 grandchildren! He emigrated to Canada in ca.1830 and had a farm of 300 acres in West Gwillumbury Township of Simcoe Co. He died at 92 or 93 in 1904. He married Liza Lynn. Their children were

Robert (married Elizabeth Hodgson), But claims his mother's name Martha, see marriage.
