I am compiling a family history of my mom's side of the family - the Elyeas. Retta Moon was married to my gg grandfather's brother Perry Isaac Elyea. I noted in your compilation that you have correspondence from Retta Moon - I am wondering if you know any more about her or her husband?
I have quite a bit of the family documented - some more detailed than others. The Moons and Alyeas of Ameliasburgh were quite intertwined. They are all related to the Elyeas - all descending from Jan "John" Alyea who first arrived in Ameliasburgh as a UEL.
I really don't have much info on Retta Moon, but I think my great Aunt Retta might be named after her.
